Member Dues and Assessment

All membership dues ($4,200) are due in full by April 15th. If paid in full by December 15th, you will receive $60 in member credit for your account. A late fee of $100 per month will be assessed if payment is not received by April 15th. A minimum payment of $1,000 is due by 12/15. To enroll in the installment plan (7-month) you must sign up and make the first payment by 10/15. There is NO incentive for enrolling in the payment plan anymore. If deposit and/or dues are unpaid, member privileges will be suspended until payment (including late fees) is made. The annual renovation assessment is due by September 30th, every year. A late fee of $25 will be charged for payments made after 9/30.





Bondholder Membership Dues - 2025

The dues for 2025 are $4,200. This is $3,900 dues PLUS $300 food minimum. $100 per month late fee, if received after 4/15.



Pay Dues - $1,000 Deposit

A deposit of 1,000 is due by 12/15 for ALL members. Payment can be made here by credit card (3.5% fee) or a check can be mailed to: PO Box 66 Plainview, NY 11803 MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12/15

Pay Full Dues - Installment Plan

The 7-month installment plan will allow for monthly payments of $600.00. This will guarantee that dues are paid in full by April 15 AND covers the $1,000 initial payment. Must enroll in this plan by 10/15 - There is no incentive for enrolling. A 3.5% fee per payment will be applied.
